Hey Mom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy, your emotional safety, and the information you choose to share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. By using Hey Mom, joining the waitlist, scheduling a call, or participating in the pilot program, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide a safe, supportive experience.
Information you provide directly
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if you choose to share it)
• Scheduling information
• Messages you send through forms or email
• Feedback or survey responses


Call-related information
• Date and time of your call
• Duration of the call
• General notes for quality and safety (no recordings)
We do NOT record calls.
We do NOT store sensitive emotional details beyond what is needed for safety and support.


Information from Moms (Contractors)
• Name
• Email
• Application responses
• Availability

• Feedback forms

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
•Provide emotional support calls
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Improve the Hey Mom experience
• Communicate updates, confirmations, and reminders
• Maintain safety and prevent misuse
• Recruit and onboard moms for the platform
We do not sell your information.
We do not use your information for advertising.

3. How We Protect Your Information
We take privacy seriously. We use:
• Secure scheduling tools
• Encrypted communication channels
• Limited access to user data
• Internal safety protocols
Only authorized team members (currently the founder) can access user information.

4. Confidentiality
Everything shared with Hey Mom is confidential, with the following exceptions:
We may share information only if:
• A caller expresses intent to harm themselves or someone else
• There is a safety, legal, or emergency requirement
• A mom reports a call that violates safety boundaries

We will never share your personal information for marketing or external purposes.

5. Third-Party Services
Hey Mom uses trusted third-party tools to operate the platform, such as:
• Calendly (scheduling)
• Stripe (payments, once launched)
• Wix or similar (website hosting)
• Email service providers
These services have their own privacy policies, and we only share the minimum information
required for them to function.

6. Children’s Privacy
Hey Mom is not intended for individuals under 18.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Pilot Program Notice
During the pilot:
• Calls may be free
• Moms may volunteer their time
• Data collected is used only to improve the platform
• No calls are recorded
After the pilot, Hey Mom will transition to a paid model, and moms will be compensated per
call.

8. Your Rights
You may request at any time:
• To update your information
• To delete your information

• To unsubscribe from emails
• To stop participating in the platform

We may update this Privacy Policy as Hey Mom grows.
